【摘 要】目的 探究中医针灸推拿结合中药治疗面瘫的临床效果。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年3月我院收治的60例面瘫患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组30例。对照组接受中医针灸推拿治疗，试验组接受中医针灸推拿结合中药治疗，比较两组临床疗效、治疗时间及住院时间。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion， Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Facial Paralysis

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion， massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of facial paralysis. Methods A total of 60 patients with facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. 面瘫（facial paralysis）的发病原因主要有物理压迫面部神经、患者代谢产生障碍、受到风寒感染、过度劳累等等，面瘫患者的主要症状表现为神经出现麻痹现象，鼻唇沟变浅、面部肌肉麻木、口角歪斜等等，部分患者还会出现听觉下降、味觉障碍等症状[1]。（剩余5489字）
