【摘 要】目的 探讨口腔正畸技术在上前牙阻生患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2021年4月-2022年12月收治的90例上前牙阻生患者作为研究对象，采用数字随机法分为甲组和乙组，各45例。甲组予以常规外科导萌手术，乙组予以口腔正畸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况以及患者满意度。结果 乙组治疗总有效率为95.56%，高于甲组的77.78%，差异有统计学意义（P

Clinical Effect of Orthodontic Treatment of Impacted Upper Anterior Teeth

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of orthodontic technique in the treatment of patients with impacted upper anterior teeth. Methods A total of 90 patients with impacted upper anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into group A and group B by digital random method， with 45 patients in each group. Group A was treated with conventional surgical guided surgery， and group B was treated with orthodontic treatment.
