在耳鼻喉疾病中鼻外伤（nasal trauma）有极高的患病率，多数由外力作用致使鼻部受损，常见的有鼻软组织挫伤、软骨脱位和鼻骨骨折等，由于外力方向和大小有所不同，其损伤程度也存在诸多差异，因此对此类患者需选取有效的治疗手段，否则会致使鼻部发生畸形，甚至会影响影响其功能，包括：鼻腔共鸣、嗅觉和呼吸等，甚至会严重影响患者的面部美观[1]。（剩余4482字）
