Application Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing Management Mode in Sterile Supply Room

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing management mode in sterile supply room. Methods A total of 50 staff in the sterile supply room of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing management intervention methods， with 25 staff in each group.
