口腔结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤鼻型的诊疗进展

【摘 要】结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤鼻型（ENKTL）属于非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL），恶性程度高、发病率低、预后差，好发于鼻腔、口腔等面中线部位。本文对该病的名称演变、临床特点及辅助检查、发病机制以及其与口腔疾病的鉴别诊断及治疗作一综述，以期为ENKTL的临床诊疗提供参考。

Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Nasal Type of Oral Extranodal NK/T Cell Lymphoma

【Abstract】Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma nasal type （ENKTL） belongs to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma （NHL）， with high malignancy， low incidence and poor prognosis. In this article， the name evolution， clinical characteristics and auxiliary examination， pathogenesis， differential diagnosis and treatment of ENKTL and oral diseases were reviewed in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ENKTL.
