【摘 要】目的 探讨心理护理在中重度寻常型痤疮患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2022年4月我院收治的82例面部中重度寻常型痤疮患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组41例。对照组给予常规治疗及基础面部护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理，比较两组生活质量。结果 两组护理后心理、生理、日常生活、社交娱乐、穿戴、工作学习、运动、性生活、家庭关系及经济负担评分均低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组（P

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Moderate to Severe Acne Vulgaris

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 82 patients with moderate to severe facial acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and basic facial nursing. The observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The quality of life of the two groups was compared.
