Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function with Electroacupuncture Combined with Yishen Huoxue Prescription

【Abstract]Objective：To analyze the efect of electroacupuncture combined with Yishen Huoxue prescription on folicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）in patients with decreased ovarian reserve（DOR）and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type，anti-mullrian hormone（AMH），bilateral ovarian antral follcle count（AFC），peak systolic velocity（PSV）of bilateral ovarian stromal arteries and resistance index （RI）.Methods：Eighty DOR patients with kidneydeficiencyand blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into atreatment group of 4O casesand a control group of 4O cases.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment group was added electroacupuncture treatment in the baseline of the control group.The treatment lasted for6 months.The changes of relevant clinical indicatorsof the two groups before and after treatment were recordedand a statistical analysis was conducted.Results： After treatment，the FSH，AMH，AFC，PSV，RI and TCM syndrome score of the patients in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment （P<0.05 ），and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P<0.05 ）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： The combination of electroacupuncture and Yishen Huoxue decoctioncan improve the localcirculation of the ovaries in DOR patients with kidneydeficiency and blood stasis，regulate abnormal hormone states，increase the number ofantral foliclesandenhance ovarian function，worthyof clinical application.

卵巢储备功能减退（diminishedovarianreser，DOR）是指女性卵巢内的卵母细胞数量和（或）质量的降低，抗苗勒管激素（（anti-Mullerian hormone，AMH）水平降低，双侧卵巢窦状卵泡计数（antralfolli-clecount，AFC）减少，促卵泡生成素（follicle-stimula-tinghormone，FSH）升高，表现为月经不调，生育力下降甚至不孕，可伴有围绝经期的潮热出汗、失眠、情绪改变等症状[1]。（剩余5962字）
