【AbstractVentricular premature beats are common complications of coronary heart disease，but currently，the means and methods for treating ventricular premature beats are limited.Through the review of previous literature，it wasfound thatthe efectiveactive ingredient-salidrosidethatisderivedfrom Rhodiolaroseahasasignificanttherapeutic effecton ventricular premature beats incoronaryheart disease.Behind thisoutstanding therapeutic effect lies its multi-dimensional mechanismofaction，includingbutnotlimited toanti-arterioslerosis，significantimprovementof myocardialreperfusion injury，optimizationofmyocardialfibrosis，stronganti-hypoxiaability，aswellasefectiveremovalofoxygen freeradicals，stabilizationofcellmembrane potential，and thereby inhibitionoftheinflux of calcium and sodium ions.Among these complex physiological processes，salidroside is widely involved in the regulationof multiple signaling pathways，and its targetsof actionare rich and diverse.Through theresearch on salidroside，the paper provides a brand-new perspective and research direction for the prevention and treatment of ventricular premature beats in coronary heart disease.
