AbstractObjective：Tosystematicalyevalatetheterapeuticefectofpsyhologicalnursingonngativeemotis，slepqualityad clinicalmetabolicidicatosipatientsithplysticovaysydroe，ndprovidereferceforteclicalapcaofploical intervention.Methods：RCTsontheaplicationefectofpschologicalnursingipatientswithpolycsticovarysydrome wereretreved from CNKI，VIP，WanFangData，CBM，PubMed，WebofScience，CochraneLibraryandEMbase.Theretrievaldeadlinewasfromthe establishmentofthedatabasetoMarchOO25.Tworesearchersindependentlyompletedliteraturescreningnddataetraction. RevMan5.4softwarewasusedtointegrateandanalzedata.Results：Atotalof15articleswereincludedMetaanalysisresultsshowed that compared with the control group，the experimental group could reduce patients'SAS score（MD ，95%CI-7.21--5.98， P< 0.000 01），SDS score（N 4D=-6.01，95%CI-6.53--5.49，P<0.00001） ，PSQI sc0re（MD=-3.89，95%CI-4.54--3.23，P0.000 01）， testosterone level（M） ）=-1.20，95%CI-1.27--1.13，P<0.00001），lute einizinghormonelevel（MD L= -6.90，95%CI-7.45--6.36， （204号 P<0.000 01），fasting insulin level（MD=-5.93，95%CI-6.92--4.95， P<0.000 O1），triglycerides level（MD=—0.50，95%CI—0.65-—0.36， P<0.00001 ），BMI（MD=-3.89，95%CI-4.37--3.40， P<0.000 0. 1），FSHlevel（MD L= —0.73，95%CI-0.82-—0.64， P<0.000 01），and the diferenceswerestatistallygificantConcsios：Existingevidencesuggeststhatpsyhologicalcarcaniprovenegatieotio， sleep quality，and clinical metabolic indicators in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
