AbstractObjectie：Tosystematicallevauatetheincidenceandinfluencingfactorsoffearofrecurrnceinstrokepatients.Metods： Published stuiesontheincidencendifluencingfactorsofarofrecurrenceinstrokepatientswereretrieved fromCNKI，CBMVI， WanFang Data，ubMed，Webofiece，CocraneLbrary，Mbase，andaistedwithmanalretrieval.Theretrievaltielitas fromtheestablshmntoftheatabasetoJne3O3.Twoealuatorsidepedentlyreeedliterature，tracteddata，nducted qualityevaluations.Stata16.OandReviewManager5.3software wereusedforMeta-analysisofliteraturethatmettheinclusionand exclusioncriteria.Results：Atotalof14articleswereinclued，nvolving558patientsand36ifuencingfactors.TheMetaalsis results showed that the incidence of fear of recurrence in stroke patients was 48.2% （95%CI 35.0%-61.5% ， P<0.000 1 ）.That age， gender，pereiedseaeisegeothlouseoldcoeefarelityilyaralupprt，easrati RankinScalescorefmilystorychabitationstatus，andanxietyareuencingfactorsforthefearofrecurrenceinstrokepatients. Conclusins：Extingedencesuests thatstroepatietsgenerallyveafeaofrecurrencedeenderveragemonhlyfamily income，elrelidialeosatiiltaiadt familycar，ndcialsupportarifueningfactsfortheueeofecureefear.Clicalmedicalstaffsouldidtifatiets withhighrecurrencefearintheearlystage，helpthemestablishagoodfamilyandsocialsupportsystem，andreducethelevelof recurrence fear in stroke patients.
