AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallyevaluatetheprevalenceofsarcopeniainelderlypatientswithhypertension.Methods：The relevantliteratureoeprevalenceofsrcopeniailderlypatientsithhypetesionasetrieedfroCNKIICBubed， Webof Science，EMbase，CINAHL，andtheCochraneLibrary，fromtheestablishmentof thedatabasetoOctober21，2024Two researchrsidepedentlypefodliteraturreingaltesntddatatracticcdingtoteicuodesio criteria.TeRevMan5.4softwarewasusedtoperformaMetaanalysisoftheincludedlierature.Results：Atotalof13articleswere included，involig33patiet.eetaalsissulsoedatteiskdereeofopniainerlytesie patients was 0.380 95% CI O.29-O.46）.Conclusions：The prevalence of sarcopenia in elderly hypertensive patients is higher than that in normalelderlypeople.Weshouldfocusontheirmusclemass，chooseappropriatediagnostictols，ndtaketargetedintervention measures as soon as possible.
