AbstractObjective：Toevaluateandsummarizetherelevant evidenceforthepreventionandmanagementofmetaboliccomplications afterandrogendeprvationtherapyforprostatecancer，ndtoprovideanevidence-basedbasisforcliicalmedicalstaftocarutthe preventionand managementofmetaboliccomplicationsafterandrogendeprivationtherapyforprostatecancer.Methods：Basedonthe "6S"model，teiteratureonthepreventionandmanagementofmetabolicomplicationsafterandogendeprivatioterapyforprostate cancerwassystematicalyetrievedfromrelevantgdelinewebsitesanddatabasesinChinaandbroadfromJauaryO4tApril1， 2024.Theresearchers idependentlyevaluatedthequalityoftheincludediteratureadclasifiedandsummaredtheextractedevidence bysubject.Rts：otalofticlesedlugptoesdelialesidtic reviews.Atotalof4esofidcereeractediinespetseabodacabolsdoe lipidmetabolism.Conclusions：Thebestevidenceforthepreventionandmanagementof metaboliccomplicationsafterandrogen deprivationtherapyforprostatecancerconcludedinthisstudyarescientificandomprehensive，whichhaveguidingsignificancefor clinicalnursingstafftostadardizetheprevenonandmanagementofmetabolicomplicatiosofpatientsafteradrogendeprivation therapy for prostate cancer.
