Evidence application review and obstacle factors analysis for prevention and control of multidrug⁃resistant organism infections in adult ICU

Abstract Objective：To carry out evidence⁃based nursing practices for the prevention and control of multidrug⁃resistant organism infections in patients admitted in adult intensive care unit（ICU），to formulate nursing quality review indicators，analyze obstacles and promoting factors in evidence⁃based nursing practice，develop action strategies，and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods：Based on the knowledge to action framework as the theoretical guidance，identified clinical nursing issues，an evidence⁃based team was formed，and evidence was systematically searched，evaluated，and summarized.From November 1 to December 31，2023，a baseline review was conducted based on the review indicators.Based on the results of the review，obstacles and promoting factors in evidence⁃based nursing practice were analyzed，and action strategies were developed.Results：This study included 36 pieces of evidence on the prevention and control of multidrug⁃resistant organism infections suitable for clinical application in adult ICU，and developed 9 review criteria and 44 review indicators.The clinical compliance rate of the 44 review criteria was from 0 to 100%，among which the lowest compliance rate of 8 review indicators in review criteria 1，3，4，6，7 was 0，requiring the department to carry out relevant prevention and control measures.The lowest compliance rates for review criteria 2，5，8，and 9 were 55%，61%，50%，and 20%，respectively，indicating room for improvement.Conclusion：This study is based on evidence and combined with the judgment of clinical professionals，the quality review indicators developed are scientific，operable，and practical.There is still a certain gap between the evidence of prevention and control of multidrug⁃resistant organism infections in adult ICU and clinical practice.Improvement strategies developed based on the analysis of obstacle factors and promoting factors can provide guarantees for the standardized practice of multidrug⁃resistant organism infection prevention and control in ICU，and promote the effective application of evidence in clinical practice.

摘要  目的：开展成人重症监护室（ICU）病人多重耐药菌感染预防与控制的循证护理实践，构建护理质量审查指标，分析循证护理实践过程中的障碍因素和促进因素，制定行动策略，为临床实践提供参考。（剩余16233字）
