Abstract Objective:To systematically integrate the real feelings of nurses' practice of prescribing right at home and abroad, summarize the experience and cognition of nurses' practice of prescribing right,so as to adopt more effective methods to motivate and support nurses to carry out prescription practice. Methods:Qualitative studies on the experience, views and experience of medical staff in exercising the right of prescription were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,CBM,Web of Science,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,MedLine and EMbase. The search period was from the establishment of the database to July 7,2024.Results:A total of 9 studies were included, and 32 results were extracted. There are 12 categories in total, including three integrated results:enhancing nurses' sense of professional value, optimizing patients' medical experience, and implementing the multiple dilemmas of prescribing rights from the perspective of nurses. Conclusion:Nurses have a positive attitude towards the exercise of the right to prescribe, but there are many difficulties in the practice. The government and medical institutions should pay attention to the obstacles of nurses in the process of implementing the right to prescribe and give relevant support. In addition, education and training can improve the competence of nurses to exercise the prescribing power,so as to promote the high-quality development of nursing services.
