Abstract Objective：To systematically evaluate the incidence of frailty in peritoneal dialysis（PD）patients.Methods：The relevant literature on frailty in PD patients was systematically retrieved from CNKI，WanFang Database，VIP，PubMed，CINAHL，Web of Science，from the establishment of the database to August 1，2023.Two researchers screened and evaluated the literature，two researchers extracted data，and one researcher re⁃checked the data.Meta⁃analysis was performed using Stata 16.0.Results：A total of 18 articles were included，including 15 foreign articles and 3 Chinese articles，involving 3 261 PD patients.The RR value of the incidence of frailty in PD patients was 0.47（95%CI 0.34⁃0.60）.Conclusions：The existing evidence shows the incidence of frailty is high in PD patients，and the medical staff should pay more attention to its identification and intervention.
