Abstract Objective：Established the standard management mode of rope ladder puncture for hemodialysis patients through the application of the best evidence of rope ladder puncture management for hemodialysis patients.Methods：Through the literature search and quality evaluation of rope ladder puncture in hemodialysis patients，summarize the evidence of best care management，and combined with clinical application and professional judgment，the clinical practice quality review indicators were developed to be applied in hemodialysis patients.100 hemodialysis patients with rope ladder from January 2020 to December 2022 in hospital were selected as the research subjects，the comparison of the best evidence of the rope ladder before and after the management scheme，mainly including the implementation of review indicators and complications.Results：After evidence practice，the compliance rate of review indicators had significantly improved，the severity of complications in patients decreased，and the incidence rate decreased（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Based on JBI evidence conversion mode of hemodialysis patients rope ladder puncture of the best evidence-based practice can reduce patients complication，improve the quality of life of patients.
