国外机器人康复训练改善脑卒中病人肢体功能障碍经济学评价研究的系统评价

Abstract Objective:To analyze foreign studies on the economic evaluation of robotic and traditional rehabilitation training to improve limb dysfunction in stroke patients,and to provide a reference for healthcare providers and stroke patients in choosing appropriate rehabilitation training modalities.Methods:An economic evaluation study on the improvement of limb dysfunction in stroke patients through robot rehabilitation training through computer retrieval of database such as PubMed,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Web of Science .The retrieval time was from January 1,2000 to December 31,2022.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted data,and assessed the quality.Descriptive analysis for cost minimization analysis,cost-effectiveness/benefit/utility analysis were used.Results:7 articles including 943 patients were included.The cost minimization analysis showed that 3 studies concluded that the cost of robotic rehabilitation training was lower than that of traditional rehabilitation training.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the cost-effectiveness/benefit/utility analysis of improving limb dysfunction in stroke patients.Conclusion:From the perspective of hospitals,robotic rehabilitation training may have a cost advantage over traditional rehabilitation training in improving limb dysfunction in stroke patients;studies from a social perspective showed that robotic rehabilitation training may not have cost advantages.There are a limited number of studies on the economic evaluation of robotic rehabilitation training to improve limb dysfunction in stroke patients,and the evaluation content is not comprehensively standardized.Future researchers need to conduct high-quality studies on the economics evaluation of robotic rehabilitation training to provide reference for subsequent stroke rehabilitation treatment.
