老年痴呆病人实施人手喂养的安全性及有效性的Meta分析

Abstract Objective：To systematically evaluate the safety and efficacy of hand feeding in senile dementia patients，and to provide a basis for making decisions on whether to implement hand feeding for family members and clinical care in the moderate and severe stages of dementia.Methods：Randomized controlled studies，trial studies and cohort studies on hand feeding in senile dementia patients were retrieved from CNKI，WanFang Database，PubMed，CINAHL，EMbase，Web of Science，the Cochrane Library and other databases.The retrieval time was from the inception to September 2023.Literature selection，data extraction and methodological quality evaluation were carried out by two researchers，and statistical analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results：A total of 6 studies were included，involving 1 796 patients，including 811 patients in the experimental group（manual feeding） and 985 patients in the control group（nasogastric tube feeding）.The results of Meta-analysis showed that hand feeding can reduce the incidence of pneumonia in elderly senile dementia patients （RR=0.51，95%CI 0.33-0.77，P=0.002） and lower the mortality rate （RR=0.54，95%CI 0.32-0.93，P=0.030）.Conclusion：Current evidence shows that hand feeding can reduce the incidence of pneumonia and mortality in senile dementia patients.
