Effect of collaborative nursing mode on postoperative hip joint range of motion and fear of movement in patients undergoing total hip replacement：a Meta-analysis

Abstract Objective：Systematically evaluate the application effect of collaborative nursing mode on postoperative hip joint mobility and fear of movement in patients undergoing total hip replacement.Methods：A randomized controlled trial on the application of collaborative nursing mode in total hip replacement surgery was conducted by computer retrieval of databases such as CNKI，CBM，VIP，WanFang Database，PubMed，and the Cochrane Library.The retrieval time was from the inception to April 2，2023，and literature screening and quality evaluation were conducted.After data extraction，using RevMan 5.3 software to perform Meta-analysis on the data.Results：21 studies were ultimately included，with a total of 1 868 subjects included.The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the control group，the observation group significantly improved the hip joint activity score after 3 months of intervention（MD=10.40，95%CI 7.39-13.41），the hip joint activity score after 6 months of intervention（MD=8.48，95%CI 6.67-10.30），and reduced the postoperative phobia score（MD=-4.54，95%CI ―7.48-―1.60）.Conclusion：Current evidence shows that the collaborative nursing model can effectively reduce postoperative anxiety disorder scores and improve postoperative hip joint mobility in patients.
