AbstractAs an important institution for the preservationand dissemination of local cultural resources，county-level libraries’effortstorevitalizelocal literatureareof greatsignificanceforinheritingregionalcultureandserving social development.It is necessary topromoteand publicize cultural elements inlocal literature through theintegrationof cultureand tourism，inorder toenhancethelocal culturalawarenessandreputation.Basedonthis，thisarticle focuses on the culturalvalue connotationoflocal literature，analyzes thecollction，organization，miningand development status of local literature，andaims toanalyzetherelationshipbetween local literature and regional culture，strengthen thecollction，organizationandminingofregionallocaliterature bycounty-levellibraries，inordertoactivatelocal literature and inherit local characteristic culture in the promotion of national reading.
