Strategies for Transforming University Libraries Into Future Learning Centers: a Case Study of Key Universities in Jiangsu Province

AbstractThis paper uses literature reviewand website surveys to investigate the transformationof key university libraries in Jiangsu Province into future learning centers.In response to the current situation,six suggestions have been proposed: establishing a top-level design concept, supporting the upgrading of library space, optimizing basic equipment configuration,improving the satisfaction of teachers and students in learning,creating alearning and research environment,building an online resource learning platform,grasping the needs of service objects, providing accurate service.
