【Abstract】Objective To explore the application efectof Zhongtong lotion combined with stepwise refined nursing in patientswithperianalabscess.MethodsAtotalof92 patients whounderwent perianalabsess drainageatLinyiHospitalof Traditional ChineseMedicinefrom May2O22 toJuly2024wereselected.Basedonbalancedbaselinedata （gender，age，body massindex，disease duration，etc.），they were divided intoaconventional groupand astepwise group （46cases each）using block randomization.The conventional group received standardized nursing， while the stepwise group received Zhongtong lotioncombinedwithstepwiserefied nursing for6weeks.Recoverystatus，postoperativecomplicationrates，painlevels，and qualityoflife werecompared.ResultsAfter intervention，thestepwise groupshowedshorter times forperianal infammation resolution，wound healing，and unimpaired defecation than the conventional group （P<0.05） .Before intervention， there were no significant diferences in visual analogue scale（VAS）and qualityof lifequestionnaire core 30（QLQ-C30） scores between groups （P>0.05） . At 2， 4，and 6 weeks post-intervention， both groups exhibited gradual reductions in VAS scores andimprovements in QLQ-C30 scores，butthe stepwise grouphadlower VAS scores and higher QLQ-C30scores than the

conventional group （P<0.05） . No significant difference was observed in complication rates （P>0.05） . Conclusion Zhongtong lotion combined with stepwise refined nursing promotes recovery，alleviates pain，andenhances qualityoflife in perianal abscess patients.
