【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence ofoverweightandobesityamong childrenandadolescents inthecity andanalyzetheinfluencingfactors，providingevidencefordevelopingpreventionstrategies.MethodsAMulti-stagecluster sampling method was used to conduct physical examinations and questionnaire surveys among 36，514 primary and secondary schoolstudents from18counties/districts in2024.ResultsTheoveralldetectionrateofoverweightandobesity was 29.72% Males （33.82%） hadasignificantly higherrate than females 25.32% 川 （P<0.05） .Urban students exhibited a higher prevalence （20 （31.27%） ）compared to suburban/rural students （29.01%） ！ （P<0.05） .Among different school types， primary school students had the highest detection rate （31.62%） ）.Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified male gender，urban residence， frequent consumption of fried foods，and daily indoor sedentary time ≥8 hours as risk factors for overweight and obesity （2 （P<0.05） .Conclusion Overweight and obesity have become a growing health chalenge among children and adolescents in thecity.Guidedbynationalpreventionpolicies，coordinatedeforts involving families，schools，andsocietyareeetialfor comprehensive prevention and control.
