【Abstract】Objective To analyze theinfluencing factors of atrial fibrilation in patients with chronicobstructivepulmonary disease （COPD）.Methods Patients with COPD who visited the Department of Respiratory Medicine，Cardiovascular and CerebrovascularDisease Hospital，General HospitalofNingxia MedicalUniversityfromJanuarytoDecember2O3were selectedas theinvestigationsubjectsAmong them，4lpatientswithatrialfibrilationwereselectedastheatrialfibrilation group （case group）and 45 patients without atrial fibrilation were selected as the sinus hythm group （control group）.The clinical data andcardiaccolorDopplerultrasound indicators ofthetwo groups of patients werecomparedMultivariate Logistic regressionanalysiswasconductedonthefactorswithstatisticalsignificance.ResultsTheage，leftanteriorandposterioratrial diameter，rightanteriorand posterior atrial diameterand pulmonaryartery pressureofpatients in the atrial fbrilation group were all higher than those in the sinus rhythm group，and the differenceswere statistically significant （P<0.05） .Theresultsof multivariateLogisticregressionanalysisshowedthatage，leftanteriorandposterioratrialdameterrightanteriorandposterior atrial diameter，and increased pulmonary artery pressure were risk factors for atrial fibrilation in patients with COPD （P<0.05） ConclusionTetient'sgeleftnterodposteoratrialametghtnterodposteoratrialametndased pulmonary artery pressure are the influencing factors for atrial fibrillation in patients with COPD.
