【Abstract】Objective Based on CiteSpace，a visual analysis of the relevant literature on Lingguizhugan Decoction was conductedtosortoutthedevelopmentoverviewandresearchhotspotsofLingguizhuganDecoction.MethodsTheliterature on LingguizhuganDecoction fromJanuary1，20，to September1，2024，wasretrievedfromtheCNKI，Wanfangand VIP. The literature was mergedanddeduplicated using NoteExpress，andthe CiteSpace 6.4.R1software wasused todraw visual mapsofauthors，institutions，andkeywordsforinterpretationResultsAtotalof486literatureswereicluded.Thenumberof publishedarticlesonLinggizhugan Decoctionfrom2000to2024 generallyshowed an increasing trend.Theauthor withthe largest umberofpublishedarticles is Huang Jinling，andarelatively large group is mainlyformed with Huang Jinling as the core.TheinstitutionwiththehighestnumberofpublishedpapersisAnhui UniversityofChineseMedicine.However，thereis less cooperationamongiousistittions，thsarchisoresatered，andtereislssross-regioalcooeation.Key wordanalysissuggests thattheresearchcontent mainlyfocuses onrelatedfeldssuchas heartfailure，clasic prescriptions， experiences offamous doctors，andvertigo.Mostoftheemergent wordsareresearchondiseasessuchasphlegmand fluid retention，chronic bronchitis，andarhythmia，ranging fromtheearlykeywords like "immuneregulation"and"phlegmand fluidretention"totherecentones like"networkpharmacology"and"moleculardocking".ConclusionThenumberofarticles published on Lingguizhugan Decoction has shown an overallupwardtrend over the past 25 years.Network pharmacologyand moleculardocking maycontinue tofuelits popularityandresearchonthesamedisease treateddiferentlyand mechanismsof actionmay further develop into medical research hotspots in the coming three years.
