Applicationeffect internetplusthre-levellinkagenursing model inhomecare premature infantsLiu Hongyao ZhaoJing，LiuJia.Deparmentursing，Colege，Neiiang64ooCina 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect Internet + three-level linkage nursing in the family care premature infants.MethodsOnehundred premature infantsadmittedtothe hospital fromFebruary2O23to October 2024 were selected as theresearch subjects.Basedonthe matchingbaseline characteristics between groups，they were divided into thecontrolgrouptheobservation groupaccordingtothedoublecolorballmethodwith50casesineachgroup.Thecontrol group received conventional care，while the observation group received Internet + three-level linkage care.The nutritional indicators，physical sign indicatorsthe psychologicalstate theparturients thetwo groups premature infants were compared.ResultsBeforethenursing intervention，therewasnostatisticallysignificant diferenceineachindexnutrition
physical signsbetween the two groups premature infants （P>0.05） ；Afterthenursing intervention，the nutritional indicators （intakeabsorptionvitaminsproteins fats）various indicatorsphysicalsigns （weight，height，head circumferenceApgarscore） premature infants inboth groupsincreased.However，thenutrtional indicatorsvarious indicators physical signs premature infants intheobservation group werehigherthan thoseinthecontrol group， thedifferences were statistically significant （P<0.05） .Before the nursingintervention，therewasno statistically significant difference in the psychological state between the two groups parturients （P>0.05） .After the nursing intervention，the psychological state scores theparturients inbothgroups increased.Howeverthe psychological state （SAS score HAMD score）scores theparturients intheobservation group werehigher thanthose inthecontrol groupthedifferences were statistically significant （P<0.05） . Conclusion The application Internet + three-level linkage nursing in the family care premature infantscan promote the improvementthe nutritional status physical signs premature infants allviate the anxiety depression parturients.
