Abstract: Aiming at the problem of dificult maintenance and poor stability caused by traditional methods relying on positionsensors,this paper proposesasensorlesspositioncontrolmethodbasedonimproved highfrequency injection.Firstly thedynamicoptimizationofsignalstrength isrealizedbyinjectinghighfrequencypulsatingsquarewavesignalintothestator ofthe motor and introducing anamplitude adaptive adjustment mechanism.Secondly,with the helpof recursive least squares algorithm,theonlinereal-timeidentifcationandupdatingofinductanceparametersarecompletedwhen themotoris innormal operation. The experimental results show that when the method is running at 1000r/min ,the rotor position estimation error iscontrolledwithin ±0.06 rad,the speed estimation errorisonly 0.1r/min ,andtheinductanceparameteridentificationerroris withinareasonablerange.This methodcanaccuratelyestimatetherotorpositionunderdiferentoperatingconditions,which significantlyimprovesthestabilityandreliabilityofthesystem,andprovidesanefectivesolutionforthesensolesscontrolof the ship electric propulsion system.
