供应链金融创新助力沈阳市中小企业融资研究

摘  要：中小企业“融资难、融资贵”的问题一直制约其良好发展，文章分析其融资困难原因及传统解决办法，并提出核心企业、物流公司与中小企业形成供应链，政府牵头搭建企业信息平台，提高企业信息透明度，降低银行信贷风险，创新助力中小企业融资。

Abstract： The issue of "difficult and expensive financing" of small and medium-sized enterprises has always restricted their development. This article analyzes the reasons and traditional solutions of financing difficulties， and then proposes core enterprises， logistics companies and small and medium-sized enterprises to form a supply-chain. The government set up corporate information platform to improve corporate information transparency， reduce bank credit risks， and assist SMEs financing.
