危化品道路运输安全风险管控现状研究Research on Status Quo of Safety Risk Management and Control of Hazardous Chemicals Road Transportation

摘  要：近年来，国内外危化品道路运输事故频发，严重危害了人民群众生命财产安全和生态环境。文章主要对国内危化品道路运输的安全风险管控现状进行分析，结合我国危化品运输存在的安全风险实际情况，提出了相应安全风险管控措施及建议，从而保障危化品道路运输安全高效运行。

Abstract： In recent years， road transport accidents of hazardous chemicals occur frequently both at home and abroad， which seriously endanger the safety of people's lives and properties and ecological environment. This paper mainly analyzes the domestic research actuality of safety risk management and control of hazardous chemicals road transportation. Combined with the realities existing in safety risk of hazardous chemicals transportation in our country， corresponding of countermeasures and suggestions of safety risk management and control were proposed to ensure the road transportation of hazardous chemicals safe and efficient operation.
