浊度在线监测中卡尔曼滤波的优化与应用

Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemoflargefluctuationandinstabilityofmonitoringdatainturbidityon-linemonitoringanimmersibleturbiditysensorbasedontheprincipleofverticalscateringwasdesigned.Thepulsewidthmodulationtechnologyoflight sourcewasusedtoeliminatetheinfluenceofambientlight.AutomaticrangeswitchingachievedthroughPGAgainampliercircuit. TheKalmanflteralgorithmwasused toprocesstheoutputvoltagesignal.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatestablishingasuitable turbiditysensorKalmanfilermodelcouldnotonlyreducetheimpactofobservationnoise,butalsoobtainedanaccurateestimateof theoutputstatusoftheturbiditysensor,combiningtrackingandflteringefects.Itwassuitableforreal-timemonitoringof turbidity sensors.Insummary,thedesignedturbiditysensorcanbe widelyusedinvarious monitoring scenariosofagriculturalproductionand has certain practical application value and promotion value.
