Abstract:Tosystematicallsortout thedevelopmentcontextofstrawberytissueculture technologyandthecoreachievements ingenetictransformationresearch,thispaperreviewedtheresearchprogressof strawberrytisueculturefromaspectssuchasexplantelectionandpretreatment,cultureconditionselection,inductionofregenerationandproliferation,ndtest-tubesedlingrting. Meanwhile,itsummarizedtheapplicationachievementsof molecularbreeding technologiessuchastransgenesisandgneeditingin strawberryresistanceimprovementandnewvarietybreding.Onthisbasis,thekeyproblemsexisting inthecurrenttechnicalsystem wereanalyzedemphaticall:traditioalshottipulturereliedonmanualoperation,whichhadlimitationssuchashghtechnicaldifficultylowsuialatedgost;tistiggeeatideetictasfoasesreenallsrictedbyge type,withinsuintsabitndepatabilitadeitdiulttalgsaleplicatioss.inallyfutue researchdirectiosereprosptedinombatiowitdustrialmandsndhicalotlenecksidertoprovideical referenceandtechnicalsupportfortheeficientadvancementofstrawberybiotechnologybreedingandthesustainabledevelopmentof the industry.
