ZHANG Mengjuan12, ZHANG Ningning12, ZHANG Qiangl, RUAN Weibin2, CHEN Qiusheng1, CHENG Yi1 (1.InstituteofAgro-productSafetyandNutritionTianjinAcadeofAgicultureSciences,ianjn30381hina;2Schlofie Sciences,Nankai University,School ofLife Sciences,Tianjin3Ooo72,China) Abstract:Inodertoaalyzetecologicalstructureofadishzospheresoilandprovideasientificadishplantingmethodigh throughputsequencingwasusedtostudytherhizospherebacteriaintwodiferentWeiqingradishproducingareasinXiqigand Wuqing,Tianjin.Theresultsshowedthatthere were17O97and18435uniquebacterialampliconsequence variants(ASVs)in Xiqing and Wuqingregions,respectively,anda total of7691 identical bacterial ASVsinthe two productionareas. upalpha$ diversity analysis showedthatthediversityandevennesofizobacteriainadishin WuqingdistrictweresignificantlyhigherthantoseinXiqingdistrict,andthesumof theabundances of Proteobacteria,BacteroidotaandAcidobacteriota was 63.63 % -64.88 % ,whichbelonged to the absolutedominantphylum.Correlationnalysisshowedthatsolubleprotein,solublesugar,vitaminC,dimethyldisulfideanddimethyl trisulfideweesigiicantlyorelatedithteivesityofzosprebactea.Inonlusio,eaedifrncsinospe bacteriain diffrent production areas,and the composition of bacterial communityafected the qualityof radish.
