Abstract:Inordertooptimizetheextractionconditionsofpolysaccharidesfromwasteauriculariaauriculariabantheauriculariaau riculariabranwasusedasthematerialandtheyieldofpolysaccharidewasusedastheindex.Hotwaterextractionmethodandenzyme-ssistedextractionmethodwereusedtoextractpolysaccharidesfromauriculariaauriculariabran,andtheoptimalextraction processf polysaccharidefromauriculariaauriculariabranwasobtaindbysinglefactortestandresponsesurface method.Theresults showedthatthotialprosscodiiosofotateretationereasfls:soldqdati:4etrctioti3tue 81 ,so that polysaccharide yield was 5.251% .The importance order of influencing factors was C (extraction temperature)>A (solidliquid ratio) > B(extraction time).Theoptimal conditions of enzyme assistedextractionwere:pH value4.4,solid-liquid ratio 1:15, temperature ,time4h,so thatpolysaccharideyieldwas 13.642% .TheimportanceorderofinfluencingfactorswasA (pH) D (time) > C(extractiontemperature)>B(solid-liquidratio).Theresults showed thattheenzyme-assisted extraction method wassuperior tothehotwaterextractionmetodinextractingpolysaccharidesfromfungusbranInconclusion,itisfeasibletoextractpolysahrides from black fungus bran,which points out the direction of resource utilization of waste edible fungus bran.
