新公共管理视域下高校食品安全监督管理策略分析

摘 要：食品安全一直以来都备受关注，高校食品安全管理因其特殊性和监督管理问题而面临较多的挑战。本文基于新公共管理视域，从高校食品安全监督管理问题出发，探讨相关法律法规待优化、监督体系不健全、学生监管参与度不足等特殊性，并针对高校食品安全监督管理存在的问题提出了相应的策略，确保高校食品安全。

Analysis of Strategies for Food Safety Supervision and Management in Universities from the Perspective of New Public Management

Abstract： Food safety has always been a concern， and food safety management in universities faces many challenges due to its particularity and supervision and management issues. This article is based on the perspective of new public management and starts from the issues of food safety supervision and management in universities. It explores the special characteristics of relevant laws and regulations that need to be optimized， the supervision system is not sound， and the participation of students in supervision is insufficient. In response to the problems in food safety supervision and management in universities， corresponding strategies are proposed to ensure food safety in universities.
