五色九味方治疗扁平疣的疗效分析

摘 要 目的：分析五色九味方治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2019年1月—2023年6月在我院就诊的150例扁平疣患者，根据治疗方案不同，分为对照组（n=65）和治疗组（n=85）。对照组外用维A酸乳膏，治疗组在此基础上加用五色九味方治疗，比较两组治疗扁平疣的临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，治疗组临床疗效优于对照组，瘙痒程度、皮损数量、皮损大小和皮损厚度评分均低于对照组（P

Efficacy analysis of Wuse Jiuwei formula in the treatment of flat warts

ABSTRACT Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wuse Jiuwei formula in the treatment of flat warts. Methods： The data from 150 patients with flat warts who treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and they were divided into a control group （n=65） and a treatment group （n=85） according to the different treatment options. The control group was treated with topical retinoic acid cream， while the treatment group was treated with Wuse Jiuwei formula besides topical retinoic acid cream. The clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment， the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better and the scores of itching degrees， number of lesions， lesion size and thickness of lesions were lower in the treatment group than the control group （P
