线上开展2022年上海市西医临床药师在职规范化培训的实践与思考

摘 要 受到新型冠状病毒感染疫情的影响，2022年上海市西医临床药师在职规范化培训工作转至线上进行，顺利地完成了对77名学员的培训，培训结果得到学员和带教老师的一致认可。本文介绍这次在线培训的开展和完成情况，为今后完善临床药师在职规范化培训提供参考与借鉴。

Practices and reflections on the online in-service standardized training of Western medicine clinical pharmacists in Shanghai in 2022

ABSTRACT The in-service standardized training of Western medicine clinical pharmacists in Shanghai was transferred to online in 2022 due to the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic. The training of 77 trainees was successfully completed， and the training results were unanimously recognized by both the trainees and the instructors. This article describes the framework and completion of this online training so as to provide more thoughts and reference for improving the in-service standardized training of clinical pharmacists in the future.
