小细胞肺癌合并低钠血症1例病例汇报及相关文献复习

摘 要 目的：探讨小细胞肺癌发生低钠血症的特点、发生机制和治疗措施。方法：回顾分析1例低钠血症合并小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料。结果：本例患者因肺癌1年余伴咳嗽咯痰、乏力3 d入院，予对症治疗后好转。结论：掌握低钠血症合并小细胞肺癌的临床特点，针对病因纠正低钠血症，从而改善肺癌患者的预后。

A case report of small cell lung cancer with hyponatremia and review of related literature

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the characteristics， mechanism and treatment of hyponatremia in small cell lung cancer. Methods： The clinical data from a patient with hyponatremia and small cell lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results： This patient was admitted to the hospital due to suffering from lung cancer for more than 1 year， cough， expectoration， and fatigue for 3 days and his conditions were improved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion： The prognosis of the patient can be improved by mastering the clinical characteristics of hyponatremia combined with small cell lung cancer and correcting hyponatremia according to the cause.
