Study on the relationship between the levels of homocysteine, ferritin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D and tumorigenesis

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the correlation and clinical value between the levels of homocysteine, ferritin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D and tumorigenesis. Methods: Fifty patients with malignant tumors were selected as an observation group and 50 healthy subjects were selected as a control group. The serum levels of homocysteine, ferritin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D in all subjects were determined by HPLC.
