基于系统动力学的向北开放边境高校人才培养模式研究

Abstract: With the deepening of China's strategy of opening up to the north,border universities,as important windows,bear the responsibility of cultivating international talents that meet the needs of regional development. Their talent cultivation mode needs to consider multiple factors such as economic and trade connections and cross-border cooperation,and traditional static analysis methods are difcult to grasp their internal operating rules. This study uses the system dynamics method to construct a dynamic model of talent cultivation mode for universities in the northern open border.The research found that the teaching mode is the core driving factor of the system,and Russan Plus is the characteristic advantage,while artificial inteligence empowerment and teaching conditions are the main shortcomings. The simulation results show that international cooperation empowerment has the fastest growth rate in the initial stage,and the benefits of multi factor collaborative optimization are 36.7% higher than those of individual intervention.Based on this,this study proposes four suggestions:

strengthen investment in teaching infrastructure and optimize configuration; Establishing a multi-level mechanism for cross-border education cooperation and talent exchange between China and Russia; Deepen the "language+" composite talent training system; Strengthen the empowerment of artificial intelligence for the integrated development of industry and education. This study provides reference for the construction of diferentiated and distinctive talent training models for border universities that open up to the north,and has certain significance for promoting high-quality development of education in border areas and serving the national strategy of opening up to the north.
