薪酬差距影响新质生产力发展的路径研究
——基于链式中介效应分析

Abstract: The external salary gap of executives,as the main means of motivating corporate executives,is an important force in improving the new quality productivity of enterprises. This article takes the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2Ol2 to 2O22 as the research object,and empirically tests the impact of extermal executive compensation gap on the new quality pro ductivity of enterprises. Research has found that the external salary gap of executives has a promoting effect on new quality productivity; Short sightedness of executives and breakthrough innovation play a mediating role,while incremental innovation does not have a mediating role; Simultaneously selecting digital transformation and environmental uncertainty for moderation effect analysis.After further roo bustness testing using instrumental variable method,variable replacement measurement method,and PSM propensity score matching,the research conclusion stillholds true. The article enriches the research on the relationship between the external compensation gap of executives and the new quality productivity of enterprises.The conclusion of this article broadens the scope of the impact of the external compensation gap of executives,providing theoretical support and empirical evidence for continu
