Abstract： General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that developing new quality productive forces is an inherent requirement and key focus for promoting high-quality economic development in our country. In the face of challenges such as the difficulty of technological innovation，talent cultivation，industrial structure upgrading， international competition and cooperation pressure， funding efficiency，and policy support，this study adopts a systematic perspective and comprehensive reform measures，aiming to deeply analyze the intrinsic connection between the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the new quality of regional economy，revealing its influencing factors，mechanisms，and development paths.The research wil construct a theoretical framework for the new quality of regional economy，analyze the role of multiple entities in the entrepreneurial ecosystem，and explore the realization paths in dierent regions.The innovation of this study lies in combining the theory of entrepreneurial ecosystem to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the new quality of regional economy，especially for the scientific decision-making of local governments and relevant departments. The research scope covers typical regions in eastern，central，and western China，aiming to provide a scientific basis for pro moting qualitative leaps and systematic changes in regional economies， with significant theoretical and practical implications.
