摘 要：自2019年疫情以来，民众对医疗机构的捐赠热情与日俱增，公立医院接受社会捐赠也成为维护医疗体系稳健运行的重要筹资途径，然而这一过程也伴随着潜在的风险。论文旨在深入分析公立医院接受社会捐赠的现状，明确在这一过程中可能涉及的风险，并提出相应的风险管理方案。

Abstract：Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019， public enthusiasm for donating to medical institutions has been on the rise. Simultaneously， the acceptance of social donations by public hospitals has become a crucial means of financing to maintain the stability of the healthcare system. However， this process also comes with inherent risks. This paper aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the current state of public hospitals receiving social donations， identify potential risks in this process， and propose corresponding risk management strategies.
