人力资本、商业保险和农户创业决策

——基于CFPS数据的实证分析

摘 要：一直以来，研究农户创业的文献都认为人力资本的积累可以促进农户的创业决策，文章通过理论和数据实证证明，人力资本对于农户创业的影响并不是线性的，在一定范围内，学历教育可以促进农户创业，但超过一个临界值之后，较高的学历教育反而会对创业有负向的影响。同时，研究发现，商业保险在可以显著促进农户创业。

Abstract：For a long time， the literature on farmers’ entrepreneurship has believed that the accumulation of human capital can promote farmers’ entrepreneurial decision-making. This article proves through theory and data that the impact of human capital on farmers’ entrepreneurship is not linear. Within a certain range， academic education can promote the entrepreneurship of farmers. After a threshold is exceeded， a higher degree education will have a negative impact on entrepreneurship. At the same time， this article finds that commercial insurance can significantly promote farmers’ entrepreneurship.

0 引言

長久以来，中国农村经历着持续向城市的“输血”的过程，工业化发展战略、工农产品价格剪刀差等历史因素使得城乡收入差异持续扩大，大量农村青壮年劳动力源源不断地涌入城市，这使得农村人才凋敝、发展滞后，城乡分割的二元体制逐渐形成。（剩余7205字）
