Problem Scrutiny and Implementation Strategy of the Digital Transformation of Sports Competition Performance Industry Based on the Perspective of the " Whole-Industry-Chain” Theory

Abstract:The digital transformationof thesportscompetitionandperformance industryisaconcrete formof thedeep integration of thedigitaleconomyandthesports industry,which isofgreatsignificanceforpromoting thehigh-quality development of the event economy.This study employs methods such as literature review and logical analysis,and based othe theoretical perspective of the entire industrial chain,systematically analyzes the value,problems and promotion strategies of digital transformation inthe sports competition and performance industry.Research sugests thatthe digital transformation of thesports competitionand performance industryaims to promote precise matching between the supply and demand sides of sports events,enhance the development vitality of sports event operation enterprises,improve the comprehensive benefits of sports event brand marketing,and enhance the allocation effciencyof sports event elementresources.Thepractical problems existing inthe digital transformationof the sports competitionand performance industryare mainly manifestedas follows:thesupplyof digital sports event products is unbalanced,andtheoutflowof high-end consumer demand isserious.The main forceof digitalsports eventsis weak, andamutuallybeneficial ecological patternhasyettobeformed.Thedigital marketing efectof sportsevents is not satisfactory,andvirtual brandasstsremain to be developed.Thereisasignificantgap inregional digital infrastructure,and the circulationof sports event elements and resources is not smoth,etc.Basedon this,the promotion strategy is proposed:Strengthenthe supplyof digital products tomeet the diverseconsumption demandsof sports events;Buildadigitalecosystemforenterprisesand stimulate the development vitalityof sportsevent entities; Attach importance tobrand digital marketing and promotethe developmentof virtual assets for sports events;Promote the construction of digital infrastructure and facilitate cross-domain sharing of sports event resources.
