Influence Mechanism of Rural Elderly Public Sports Service Demand Based on Anderson Model

Abstract：Identifyingandactivating thedemandforruralelderlypublicsportsservices isan inherentrequirementforthe developmentofruralelderlysports，anditisalsoapowerfulmeans toactivelyrespondtotheagingof therural population. Focusingonthedemandfortherural elderlypublicsportsservicesanditsinfluencing mechanism，thisresearch constructs ananalytical framework basedonthe Anderson model，anduses the Logistics-ISM method to conductanempirical test. The research found that the demand fortherural elderlypublicsportsservices in China showed high proportion，lowlevel andsequence characteristics；the demand fortherural elderlypublic sports services is afected by multiple factors.Among them，the tendency factorcan havearoot impact，thecontributing factor，the functional factor，andthe sports behavior factor play an indirect impact，and the service result factor hasa direct impact；there isamulti-stage and chain-type influence mechanism on the demand fortherural elderlypublicsports services.Each factor plays anindependentrole and is interrelated at the same time，forming a path relationship of "tendency factor $$ （functional factor-facilitating factorsports behavior factor） $$ service result factor". Based on this，some suggestions are put forward：establish a hierarchical response mechanism toadapt to diferent levelsof service needs；implement keyfactor intervention strategies；establisha long-term governance mechanism for cross-departmental coordination.
