Abstract：New quality productive forces are advanced productive forces that promote the transformation and upgrading of China's sports industryandachieve high-quality development.Thisstudy employsresearch methods such as literaturereviewandlogicalanalysis to explore thetheoretical connotation，mechanismof action and practical path of new quality productivity empowering the transformation and upgrading of China's sports industry.Research suggests that the newquality productivity empowering the transformation and upgading of China's sports industry isa process aimedat improving quality and eficiency，strengthening impetus，optimizing layout，transforming mode and expanding space，and promoting the transformation of the development goals，development momentum，industrial layout，development modeland marketspace of the sports industry.Therefore，to empower the transformation and upgrading of China's sports industry with new quality productive forces，it isproposed that we focuson theresearch and applicationof scientificand technological innovation achievements，and cultivatingand developing new quality productive forces in sports；deepen the integration of industry，academia and research to stimulate the innovative vitalityoftheentire sports industrychain；enhance theoverallcolaborationlevelof the sports industryandaccelerate theintegrationand extension ofthe sports industry valuechain；promotethereformof thedata informationelement marketandfacilitate themodernization transformationof thesports industry；strengthen top-level designand policy support to create a new environment for the development of the sports industry.
