Abstract："Reforming and improving the management system and operation mechanism of competitive sports" is a specific reform requirement put forward inthe Third Plenary Sessionof the2Oth Central Commiteeof the Communist Party of China for the field of competitive sports.This requirement represents anorganic integrationof conforming to laws，meeting objectives，and ensuring the efectivenessof reform，encapsulating profound ideological，theoretical， and philosophical connotations.Theresearch indicates thatatthe theoreticallevel，thisrequirementscientifically answers fundamental questions such as the direction，driving forces，and value atribution ofcompetitivesports reform inthe new era，laying alogical foundation for corrctlyunderstanding the essence of competitive sports reform.At the academic level，it profoundly expounds the inherent lawsofcompetitive sports reform from three dimensions：adhering to the Party's leadership，highlighting human value，and firmly standing on the people's position，providing a solid theoretical basis foraccuratelygrasping theprinciplesof competitive sportsreform.Atthephilosophical level，it focuses on the principal contradiction，applying system thinking，and adhering to problem oriented approaches to provide important thinking principles for a deeper understanding of the philosophical implications of the reform of competitive sports.
