汽车制造企业零部件采购和物流管理研究

摘 要：本文先研究了汽车制造企业零部件物流体系的大致结构，然后对我国当前汽车制造企业零部件采购和物流管理的发展现状进行分析，为了帮助其控制生产成本，提升采购和物流管理质量，在生产过程中可以从供应商、采购平台、运输方式等方面采取有效的管理措施，希望能为汽车企业的发展提供参考。

Abstract：This paper first studies the general structure of parts logistics system of automobile manufacturing enterprises， and then analyzes the development status of parts procurement and logistics management of automobile manufacturing enterprises in China， in order to help them control production costs and improve the quality of procurement and logistics management. Effective management measures can be taken from suppliers， procurement platforms， transportation methods and other aspects in the production process， hoping to provide reference for the development of automobile enterprises.

1 引言

随着道路建设的逐步完善和社会经济市场的发展，当前人们日常出行除了公共交通工具外，还会选择汽车作为主要的交通工具，导致汽车行业的需求越来越大，为了提升汽车生产效率，汽车制造企业要加强零部件的采购和物流管理，提升自身的核心竞争力，激发企业制造行业的发展活力。（剩余5409字）
