平板式制动检验台实际使用问题及优化研究

【摘要】平板式制动检验台是用于检测车辆制动性能的设备，其在使用时会产生误差。目前，平板式制动检验台的检定装置实际使用时烦琐费力，稳定性差，溯源效率低，严重影响对设备进行的量值溯源。现行检定规程缺乏动态检测误差方面的考量，所以我们需要对此重视并加以分析。

Research on the Practical Application Problems and Optimization of the Flat Brake Inspection Platform

Abstract： The flat brake inspection bench is a device used to test the braking performance of vehicles， and its design principle may cause errors during use. At present， the calibration device of the flat brake inspection platform is cumbersome and laborious in actual use， with poor stability and low traceability efficiency， which seriously affects the quantity value traceability of the equipment. The current verification regulations lack consideration for dynamic detection errors， so we need to pay attention to and analyze them.
