浅析食品检验中的微生物检测技术

【摘要】本文以食品检验为主要研究对象,就食品检验中的微生物检验过程展开详细研究,首先分析食品微生物检验工作的有关要求和原则,然后进一步论述食品微生物检测工作的具体内容,最后详细论述在食品检验中常见的4种微生物检测技术。

The Microbiological Inspection Technology in Food Testing

Abstract: This paper takes food inspection as the main research object, and conducts a detailed study on the microbial inspection process in food inspection. First, the relevant requirements and principles of microbial inspection in food are analyzed, and then the specific content of microbial detection in food is further discussed. Finally, elaborate on the four common microbiological testing techniques in food inspection.
